This club is a membership club and will be run by the
members. We have two members who serve as chairman. Their duty is to keep the
club organized. ORGANIZED MEANING, They will call meetings, send out e-mails
with information, and handle some problems in case of emergency. They will help
recruit Hosts and try to keep all running smoothly. However, they CANNOT make
any major changes without first calling a meeting and having the issue voted on
by the members. The club policy is that all members will make the decisions
regarding this club. No one person is allowed to make changes or major
decisions. If an issue is brought to the chairman, then they shall call a
meeting of the members. There the issue will be discussed and voted upon by the
members who attend the meeting.. If a
club member requires disciplinary action, the club owners will meet with the
Chairman and the Host to decide what action will be taken. It will then be
up to the Owners of this club to make the final decision. |
